This coaching work that you are I are doing together is all about your having loads of FUN while creating wonderful momentum in the fulfillment of your goals and dreams in your voice/music, for your work and in your life.

There are things you need to know now to ensure that this happens and this series of short welcome pages will guide you.

1. Your Health and Well-Being

If we are working on your voice, your body should begin to feel more and more wonderful as we go.

You should not experience any physical discomfort ever, in your voice or anywhere in your body.

If at any point you do feel any physical discomfort at any point ask me about it immediately and

ALWAYS CONSULT WITH YOUR MEDICAL DOCTOR as I am not trained as a medical physician.

Same with your mental well-being. If you are finding any resistance or challenges in doing the work, contact me immediately the same day.

If you are ever not sure what to practice or feel stuck, same thing...let me know right away that same day.

So we can hop on a quick call and get you back on the path right away so you are having fun and growing.
